♾️ The Infinity 8 Challenge: The Holiday Hustle (But Make It Healthy)
8 weeks. 8 habits. A healthier, happier way to end the year — without the guilt.
November 5 – December 31, 2025
Why I Created This Challenge
I’m a 90s kid. I survived SnackWell cookies, SlimFast commercials, and the era where eating a carb in public was basically a crime. We’re not doing that anymore. I don’t want to spend the rest of my life “starting over Monday,” and I don’t want my kids growing up thinking food is the enemy or your worth is tied to a number on a scale.
This challenge isn’t about shrinking. It’s about showing up — for your body, your energy, your family, and your mental health. The Infinity 8 Challenge is here to remind us that the goal is feeling good in our skin again — not chasing perfection. We’re building habits that help us move, breathe, laugh, and live better through the most chaotic time of the year.
What Is the Infinity 8 Challenge?
It’s simple: eight habits for eight weeks to finish the year strong — but sane.
This is the Holiday Hustle (But Make It Healthy) edition — real-life goals with real-life grace.
Here’s what we’re focusing on:
Daily Habits
Move your body for 20+ minutes. Walk, dance, stretch, chase your kids — it all counts.
Journal for at least 5 minutes. Brain dump, gratitude list, or random thoughts — just unload your mind.
Hydrate: 40 oz minimum. We call it “One Stanley.” No need to carry a gallon jug like a CrossFit champ.
Eat dessert every day. Yes, every day. Maybe it’s keto cheesecake, maybe it’s a brownie. This isn’t punishment season.
Weekly Habits
Get outside for 30+ minutes. Hike, stroll, rake leaves — bonus points if you can feel your nose freezing.
Show gratitude to one person. Message, call, text — tell someone they made a difference in your life.
Follow your chosen nutrition plan. No crash diets, no starvation math. Choose what supports your body and lifestyle.
✨ Grace Rule: Once a week, eat the pie. Smother your face in gravy. You’re living, not failing.
Optional
Weekly reflection or progress photo. Not about weight — about mood, confidence, and growth.
Making It a Family Thing
This isn’t just for adults — the Infinity 8 Challenge is family-friendly, too.
Invite your kids to join in:
Go for family walks or play outside together each week.
Let them fill in their own mini journal or gratitude note.
Talk about how food fuels us — not about calories, size, or “bad” foods.
And of course, make dessert a family ritual. Sit down together, enjoy something sweet, and talk about your day.
You’ll not only model balance, you’ll show your kids that “being healthy” doesn’t mean missing out — it means feeling strong, rested, and happy.

Let’s Finish the Year Feeling Like Ourselves Again
We’ve all tried the all-or-nothing approach — and it never lasts.
This time, we’re choosing something different: intention, grace, movement, water, and joy.
When January 1 rolls around, I don’t want to start over. I want to keep going — because I actually feel good.
Let’s do this together. ♾️
